Worship Commission

We're an orderly bunch.

The worship commission assists the clergy in planning, implementing and evaluating liturgical activities; recruiting and training participants in services; advising on worshippers' responses; selecting and maintaining liturgical materials; and supporting the music program. The Worship Commission coordinates regular training sessions for lay readers, intercessors, ushers, acolytes and chalice administrators.

As part of our ongoing efforts both to make our worship at Trinity accessible to newcomers and to maintain at the same time the high liturgical standards we have come to expect, the Worship Commission, at Fr. Charlie’s behest, considered at its most recent meeting the possibility of moving the celebration of the Eucharist forward in the chancel.
